The ‘Dollar Bill’ Theory

Certainly one of LayVegas’ key elements is attitude. Of a woman (and not soleley in Las Las Las Vegas, but at road events, festivals, concerts, etc.). He calls this the “dollar bill theory. ” We’ll allow him explain:
